A global communication event series for the international community to better approach the cooperative spirit of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the significance of East China's Zhejiang Province to the BRI and globalization was launched Sunday in Jinhua, the most important BRI node in Zhejiang. The event is in a brand-new series dubbed “Daka China” Global Communication Events, of which the theme is “Jinhua, a Global Hub of the BRI.”

A group of more than 30 overseas social media influencers from more than 20 countries along the Belt and Road travelled to Dongyang and Yiwu, two cities in East China’s Zhejiang Province, and visited a few well-known scenic spots. They experienced shooting mini-movies in Hengdian World Studios, the world’s largest film and TV center, and doing livestreaming shows and shopping in Yiwu International Trade City, the world’s largest wholesale market. They also experienced some of Jinhua’s authentic folk culture such as carving chopsticks and visiting an ancient street.
